Great location for old town Phuket but the hotel itself is a little dated and the breakfast could do with improvements, the rooms themselves were good enough especially considering we were out most of the time, the shower pressure was amazing and was the best shower I had in Thailand. The staff were amazing and were very helpful on any questions or queries that we had and made us feel very welcome.

I chose this hotel only because my partner was hospitalized for over 16 days in a hospital near the hotel. Quite honestly, there weren't many hotels that close to the hospital (which I would want to stay in), and this one fit the bill. There's nothing outstanding about the hotel, however there's nothing terrible either! The pros for the hotel: The English spoken by the staff is often limited, however I found them universally friendly, which goes a long way in making a stay pleasant! The wifi was strong, I was able to watch Netflix without problems, plus facetime daily with family back home. Bedding absolutely fine, as was the bed. The cons would be the breakfast, which was only adequate, not much more. Very limited selection. The food at the restaurant for diners was rather bland. My time in the Phuket was incredibly stressful, with daily visits to the hospital. The hotel worked for me as a place I could sleep comfortably at the end of each day.

My mates and I stayed in this hotel during our business trip for nearly a week. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful to support us. Only one thing that the hotel management need to improve is breakfast convenience. (When we came in the dining area at around 09:00 am, there were no cereal and fresh fruits left. We think they need to fill up right after the food containets turn empty.)

Hotel located near to Phuket old town. Naka weekend market. Walking distance to Steak tonight 2 restaurant. Hotel overall absolutely good. Room clean n neat.bed is cozzy. It has tv, fridge n mini bar.swimming pool.captain bar. Free breakfast and WiFi in the hotel. WiFi connection lil slow. Better to use Thai SIM card which you can purchase in Airport itself.100meter from the hotel could find mini market and fruits stall which has variety of Asian tropical fruits.

When I get used of all other phuket seaside accommidation, and if you would like to stay just in town with all facility-treat as a Hotel, Phuket Merlin is recommended for your choice, there are a group of this hotel chains in Patong Beach, of which you can arrange staying there as well. I really love Thai Tradition Massage (;and Aroma Oil, Foot combined with back-head-shoulder-2 hrs course) here, your trip was complete.
